By placing an order on this website, you are entering into a purchase or sale transaction solely with Collage Malage. This applies to all cases where payment is made by all modes (credit card, bank card, debit card, PayPal) and other payments that are to be made to Collage Malage.

Placing an order

To place an order you will need to complete the transaction on the website. By placing an order on the site, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and payment policy published on this page of the website.
Once you have selected your products and added them to your shopping cart, you will need to proceed to the checkout section. Here you will be asked for the address and other contact information as well as payment-related information.
Once the payment is successfully completed, your order will be processed on receipt of the funds from the bank, credit card company, or payment gateway. At this stage, the sale is said to be complete. Thereafter, your products will be shipped based on product availability and the completion of logistics operations related to the same.

Payment options

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available as a payment option.
You can pay via PayPal or bank transfer should you prefer to do so. If you choose bank transfer, your order will not be shipped until the payment is registered on our account.
As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and MasterCard, you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date, and 3-digit CVV number (found on the reverse side of the card) when you make your online transactions via your Credit or Debit card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. A bank transfer payment is handled by stripe service. Product pricing

Product prices listed on the website are current. While care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not correct. In the rare event that it happens, we will refund the complete amount received from the customer.
Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
All prices on this website are in Euro (EUR). For international cards used on the site, the bank’s applicable exchange rate and fees will apply. We do not have any jurisdiction over this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges must be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument.
All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raise an invoice.

Credit card and Debit card information is not stored by us and is not taken by us. Products that might be out of stock

We strive to replenish stocks and keep our products available on our site for sale and dispatch. However, in case the product is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order at your convenience.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from our office in Amsterdam. We are currently shipping worldwide with Post NL and UPS. Please note, we cannot take any responsibility for the delivery time after shipping your order, as it is the responsibility of the shipping company. Tracking numbers are available on your account page and are sent to your email.

All packages have track and trace. A tracking number will be provided once the consignment is shipped.

Return and exchange policy

We aim to create and deliver products for your appreciation and satisfaction.
We offer a 14 days return from the date of your receipt (excluding shipping costs) if you change your mind.
The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfill these criteria. Please note that returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and expense.

Shipping costs and Customs

Please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and are not included in the shipping costs. The payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.

Damaged delivery

Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. You can decline to accept a damaged order and ask the delivery person to return the order. Please contact Collage Malage with the order number via our contact form or email support@collagemalage.com to inform us of this in case it happens. We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items but we do not offer a full refund. If you do not want a new item shipped we kindly ask for you to initiate a return instead or make another arrangement with us.
Important: Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send them together with other relevant information about the claim to support@collagemalage.com. Please, remember to also state your order number in the e-mail.

Incorrect delivery

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, please get in touch with us within 24 hours by either email to support@collagemalage.com, or via the contact form.

Disclaimer

Please bear in mind that minor variations on the color and texture can occur from what is visible in the product pictures on the website due to the assorted technological and physical restrictions of the digital medium. The buyer acknowledges this risk when they agree to these terms and conditions.
